Green specialists
Green specialists within a municipality design and manage the public green areas of municipalities. They plant and maintain the trees and green spaces in streets, squares, parks and other public spaces. They create a vision for the greenery within the municipality and advise other municipal departments, citizens and stakeholders about green infrastructure. This is how they contribute to a liveable, attractive and resilient living environment.
